Eng. Khalid Eltigani is a Petroleum Engineer based in Muscat, Oman with 24+ years of upstream E&P experience in reservoir management, field development planning, and production optimization. He currently serves as Block 25 Director at Sudapet, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering E&P activities including FDP/FFR studies, IOR/EOR initiatives, production studies, ARPR and A&S Activities including WP&B, Supply Chain and Finance for the block. Previously, he held senior development roles at Sudapet and Petro Energy, and worked as an Oil & Gas training consultant in Saudi Arabia. He holds an M.Sc. in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering (University of Khartoum, 2019) and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering (Sudan University for Science & Technology, 1998), and is SPE Sudan Section Chairperson, with affiliations including PMI and SAPEG.
